Cancellation Policy

We get it — things come up. Here’s how cancellations work with Capt. Kyle Pitts.

Weather or Mechanical Issues:

If the trip has to be canceled due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues, your deposit will be refunded in full. Weather calls are made by Capt. Kyle — he knows when it’s fishable and when it’s just not worth it.

Need to Cancel Your Trip?

• Cancel 7+ days out? No charge at all. Life happens.
• Cancel 2 to 7 days before? You’ll be charged half the trip cost unless we can rebook that slot — if we do, no fee.
• Cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up? That’s a full charge. No exceptions.

We fish hard, prep hard, and run a tight calendar. Let’s respect each other’s time and keep things fair for everyone on the schedule.
